Creating A Exclusion
Step 1: Create A new Folder
- Create a new folder on your desktop.
- Use a unique name
STEP 2: Open Windows Security
- Open the search bar.
- Search and open “Windows Security”
STEP 3: Open Virus & Threat protection
- In windows security open “Virus & threat protection”
Step 4: Open Virus & threat protection Settings
- In windows security open “Virus & threat protection settings”
Step 5: Open Add or remove exclusions
- Click “Add or remove exclusions” under the “Exclusions” tab.
Step 6: Add an exclusion
- Click “Add an exclusion”
- Navigate to your desktop
- Choose the newly created folder
